Auction company will not be responsible for any representation or warranties made by the seller. Acceptable payment methods will be cash, good local check with valid ID. Valid ID is required at the time of registration. There will be no internet bidding available at this auction. Live in- person bidding. If you cannot attend and would like to leave an absentee bid please contact us at 301-876-3338 or 304-671-7490 and you must have a credit card on file to leave an absentee bid. All titled vehicles, payment must by verified/ cleared before title will be mailed to buyer unless paying with cash. All items purchased during the auction must be removed from the auction site by 5pm May 23rd no exceptions. This property must be cleared of everything purchased at the auction. We are not responsible for fire, theft, or damage. All bids are final.
