10% Buyers Premium. $1500.00 Buyer premium cap on.  All item will be sold as- is where is without warranty or guarantee. Auction company will not be responsible for any representation or warranties made by the seller. All descriptions given in catalog or verbally spoken by auctioneer is not a guarantee. We strongly advise you view the item in question in person to determine, for yourself, the items condition. Acceptable payment methods will be wire transfer, cash, good check with valid ID, and credit card. There is a 3% convenience fee to use card. When registering to bid online, your credit card will be verified for $100 in order to register and bid on items online. Auction company does not keep the verified $100. It is to ensure that there are proper funds available. If you win an item on our online auction you must contact us by the next day after closing by 12pm if you would like to make other payment arrangements other than card payment. If you fail to contact us by this time, the card on file will be charged. All titled vehicles are subject to a $35 title fee. Preview will be available during our normal business hours at 7380 Valley Rd Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. If there is an item listed off site, please contact us to make an appointment to preview that item. Please make arrangements with Maranda if you would like to view an item. All items must be paid for in full before leaving the pick up location. Pick up for offsite auction items must be arranged by appointment only. All items must be picked up from their locations no later than 1 week after the sale has ended. If you need other arrangements please verify this with us. If items have not been picked up within the 1 week after auction has ended and there have been no other arrangements made, those items not picked up will be assumed forfeited and be resold. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR FORFEITED ITEMS. All items won at our equipment lot (7380 Valley Rd Berkeley Springs, WV 25411) must be picked up within 7 days (including weekend) of auction closing. If these items are paid for and not picked up within the allotted time period there will be a storage fee of $25 per day from the 8th day not picked up until pick up. If you do not pick up within 20 days your item will be deemed forfeited and be resold. No refunds will be given for forfeited items left at our equipment lot. Winning bidders that refuse to pay invoices will have to pay buyer premium on item(s) won, there will be no buyer premium cap on items the winning bidder fails to pay total invoice for. All partial payments will not be refunded but will be used for auction company's compensation in damages. You will be permanently ban from all auction companies futrure auctions. We are not responsible for fire, theft, personal injury or damage. All bids are final.
