Acceptable payment methods will be cash, good check with valid ID, and credit card. Valid ID is required at the time of registration. Valid ID and credit card are required for online bidding registration. If you are registering online, your credit card will be verified for $100 in order to register and bid on items online. Auction company does not keep the verified $100. It is to ensure that there are proper funds available. If you register online and want to attend the live auction, you will need to come to the office to register and get a bidder number in order to bid at the live sale. All titled vehicles, payment must be verified/ cleared before title will be mailed to buyer unless paying with cash. All items purchased during the auction must be removed from the auction site by 5pm August 24 no exceptions. This property must be cleared of everything purchased at the auction. If you need hauling or items moved to our storage lot in Berkeley Springs, WV you may contact us and make these arrangements. If bidding online and you do not contact us by 9am the following day to make other payment arrangements, the card on file will be charged. We are not responsible for fire, theft, or damage.
