YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP ITEMS. THE AUCTION COMPANY, COSIGNER, AND BUYER WILL COORDINATE TO SCHEDULE TIME AND DATE FOR PICK UP.

THERE IS HAULING AVAILBE FOR A FEE, CONTACT US FOR A HAULING QUOTE. 

All items will be sold as- is, where is without warranty or guarantee. Auction company will not be responsible for any representation or warranties made by the seller. Acceptable payment methods will be cash, good check with valid ID, and credit card, bank transfer. Valid ID and credit card are required for online bidding registration. If you are registering online, your credit card will be verified for $100 in order to register and bid on items online. Auction company does not keep the verified $100. It is to ensure that there are proper funds available.  All titled vehicles, payment must be verified/ cleared before title will be mailed to buyer unless paying with cash. There will be a $35 title fee. You must make pick up arrangements with the auction company to pick up items. Items in the online on-site auction are have several different locations. Once an item is won, and paid for then the address will be given. To preview these items, you must make and appointment with the auction company. Items that have not been picked up within the allotted time period, unless other arrangements have be made, will be assumed forfeited and will be resold. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR THESE ITEMS. If bidding online and you do not contact us by 9am the following day to make other payment arrangements, the card on file will be charged. We are not responsible for fire, theft, or damage. All bids are final.
Buyers Premium:
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases. There will be a 3% convenience fee added for credit/ bank cards.
