All items will be sold as- is, where is without warranty or guarantee. Auction company will not be responsible for any representation or warranties made by the seller. Acceptable payment methods will be cash, good check with valid ID, and credit card. Valid ID is required at the time of registration. All titled vehicles, payment must be verified/ cleared before title will be mailed to buyer unless paying with cash. There will be a $35 title fee. We are not responsible for fire, theft, or damage. All bids are final.
Buyers Premium:
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases. There will be a 3% convenience fee added for credit/ bank cards.
No Guarantee: Mountaineer Machinery & Auctioneers LLC makes no guarantee of any outcome or result from the auction.
