LIVE AUCTION with ONLINE bidding available! Farm Equipment, Lawn & Garden Equipment, Heavy Equipment, Construction Equipment, Livestock Equipment, Tools, Vehicles, RVS, ATVS, and MORE! Online pre bidding will open as lots are uploaded. Auction will go LIVE SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2021 @ 9AM PREVIEW FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2021 12PM- 5PM. You will be able to bid online while the live auction is going on. Make sure you download our app and REGISTER TO BID!
Terms and Conditions of the Sale:
All items will be sold as- is, where is without warranty or guarantee. Auction company will not be responsible for any representation or warranties made by the seller. Acceptable payment methods will be cash, good check with valid ID, and credit card. Valid ID is required at the time of registration. Valid ID and credit card are required for online bidding registration. If you are registering online, your credit card will be verified for $100 in order to register and bid on items online. Auction company does not keep the verified $100. It is to ensure that there are proper funds available. If you register online and want to attend the live auction, you will need to come to the office to register and get a bidder number in order to bid at the live sale. Unless you are bidding online with your mobile device. All titled vehicles, payment must be verified/ cleared before title will be mailed to buyer unless paying with cash. There will be a $35 title fee. All items purchased during the auction must be removed from the auction site by the end of the second business day after the auction. Items that have not been picked up within the allotted time period, unless other arrangements have be made, will be assumed forfeited and will be resold. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR THESE ITEMS. If bidding online and you do not contact us by 9am the following day to make other payment arrangements, the card on file will be charged. We are not responsible for fire, theft, or damage. All bids are final.

A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases. There will be a 3% convenience fee added for credit/ bank cards.
