This auction will be held live, with online bidding available on August 23rd 12pm at our equipment lot at 7380 Valley Rd. Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. The Equipment will not be here on- site. Appointment for preview is required. Preview will take place Saturday, August 19th 9am-12pm. Please contact us to make appointment and obtain the address. Location of items is approximately 27 miles from our Valley Rd. Berkeley Springs, WV office. Please feel free to contact us about any questions you may have.
All items in the auction have been cared for exceptionally well, one owner, low hours.
Terms: 10% Buyers Premium when bidding on Mountaineer Machinery & Auctioneers bidding platform website, bidding app, or live in-person. 13% Buyers Premium if using Equipment Facts bidding platform. All items will be sold as- is, where- is without warranty or guarantee. Auction company will not be responsible for any representation or warranties made by the seller. Acceptable payment methods include wire transfer, certified check, cash, company check, and card. When making payment with card, there will be an additional 3% convenience fee added to final invoice. Valid ID is required when registering live in- person. Valid ID and Card are required for online bidding registration. If you are registering online, your card will be verified for $100 in order to register and bid on items online. Auction company does not keep the verified $100. It is to ensure there are proper funds available. When registering online and you want to attend live, in- person, you will need to register and get a bidder number at the office in order to bid live, unless you are bidding online from your mobile device. Payment arrangements must be made within 24 hours of the auction ending. We are not responsible for fire, theft, or damage. All announcements made day of the auction take precedence over any written material. All bids are final.
